National Cochlear Implant Users Association (NCIUA)
This is the sole organisation in the UK for all cochlear implant users. It holds 2 national meetings a year and its 13 regional groups hold numerous local events. At these events you can meet users and explore experiences and discus issues.It publishes a Newsletter quarterly which can be viewed on its website at www.nciua.org.uk (see  also Useful Links).

Cochlear Implanted Children Support Group (CICS)
Founded by parents whose children had implants, this group gives support to new parents by active parents who recognise that there is no one approach which will suit all children. It publishes a Newsletter and further details can be seen on it website at www.cicsgroup.org.uk ( See also Useful Links)
